Online Bus Ticketing & Travel Management Platform

I designed and helped shape TripEase, a digital platform that simplifies intercity bus travel across Nigeria by enabling travelers to search, compare, and book bus tickets online. The platform also provides transport operators with a dedicated dashboard to manage routes, schedules, and bookings efficiently.

TripEase was built as a two-sided system that connects passengers and verified bus operators, eliminating the need for physical park visits and manual ticketing.

Bus travel in Nigeria is often fragmented and inefficient. Travelers typically need to visit multiple bus parks to find available routes and fair pricing, while operators rely on manual processes that make seat management, ticket sales, and reporting slow and error-prone.

I identified the need for a unified digital solution that could serve both travelers and operators within a single ecosystem.
