"The Leader's Echo" is an interactive 3D scene that serves as a visual metaphor for the profound influence of leadership. The core concept is that a team's focus, energy, and emotional state are a direct reflection of their leader. This project moves beyond static art, inviting the user to interact with the scene and witness this dynamic in real-time.

The central, sharply-focused figure represents the leader, while the surrounding figures embody the team. Through interactive events, the "gaze" and ambient lighting of the entire group shift in unison, visually demonstrating how a leader's directional focus—whether towards aspirational goals or immediate problems—is mirrored by their team.

This asset was brought to life through a hybrid workflow, combining AI-powered generation with refinement and interactive design in Spline.

The creation of this piece was a multi-stage process that blended artificial intelligence with human artistry:

Conceptualization & Asset Generation: The project began with a clear vision: to represent the leader-follower dynamic. To create the central asset, I utilized a modern, AI-assisted workflow. A custom depth map was created to define the initial form and contours of the bust. This data was then processed by Meshy AI, which generated the base mesh for the model.

Model Refinement & Optimization: While AI provided an excellent foundation, the artist's touch was essential for achieving the final, polished result. My work heavily focused on the post-generation phase:

Materials, Texturing & Lighting: Creating the right atmosphere was crucial. I developed a set of materials directly in Spline to achieve the final look:

Composition & Post-Processing: The final scene was carefully composed in Spline. I used a shallow Depth of Field effect to blur the surrounding "team" figures slightly. This technique directs the viewer's focus to the central leader while visually reinforcing the core concept. Post-processing effects like Bloom were added to enhance the glow of the emissive lights, making the visual shift more vibrant and compelling.

A key challenge was seamlessly integrating the AI-generated model into a real-time interactive scene. This project solidified my skills in a modern 3D pipeline, from AI-powered asset generation and manual refinement to complex interactive design and real-time rendering in Spline.
