Integrated Video-Based Scenarios: Developed interactive simulations and branching decision points using real actors and video prompts. The first screenshot reflects an emotionally responsive decision-making activity where learners practice active listening in coaching conversations.
Applied Human-Centered Learning Design: Scripted and storyboarded emotionally realistic learner scenarios, incorporating appropriate response feedback to reinforce empathy and behavior modeling.
Visual & Multimedia Production: Used screen captures, illustrations, and motion elements to support comprehension.
Accessibility & Usability: Ensured that all modules meet accessibility standards and are easy to use for learners with limited tech confidence. All content is optimized for mobile and desktop.
Collaborative Iteration: Worked cross-functionally with internal teams to align learning goals with technical implementation and user testing feedback.
