Totem is an employee engagement platform designed for iOS and Android, with a management CMS designed for the web.
It allows organisations to build an inclusive and rich culture at work, bridging the gap between teams working from home and in the office.
I worked with the CEO of Play and the head of product from creating the initial concepts of the product to the final product and launch on the iOS and Android store.
We delivered a number of new features on the roadmap which tied directly to our North Star metrics.
