Lemon Cash Redesign

In this project, I undertook an extensive redesign of Lemon Cash, drawing insights from over 200 users. Utilizing the James Garrett methodology, I conducted a comprehensive research process that included both qualitative and quantitative methods, along with rigorous testing of the app's current state.

Created an FVD matrix to prioritize ideation and restructure the information architecture.

Developed a cohesive UX writing tone for the new screens.

Crafted wireflows and low-fidelity screens to establish the structure of the new interfaces.

Implemented high-fidelity mockups based on user feedback and testing results.

Conducted extensive testing to validate solutions and new implementations, resulting in overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Achieved an excellent rate of accomplishment, with users finding the new features highly intuitive and user-friendly.

Made iterative refinements based on usability testing feedback, culminating in an exceptional redesign that seamlessly addresses the needs and preferences of Lemon Cash users.
