DGDA wished to improve all of its e-services for its residents, and this process started with defining blueprints for each of the steps in the journey. The ask was to build this as web platform plus a mobile application for both Android and iOS.
The resulting outputs were a hyper-detailed UI design which is designed to support every step of the journey, including 3D animations of plots, persuasion architecture and a smart user of data to reduce customer clicks. Once approved, the e-services are to built on a .Net-based web application platform.

OUR APPROACH
Brainstorming sessions were held to analyse the requirements and how the current services worked across various current systems.
Service blueprints were chalked out which were then mapped into low-fidelity wireframe prototypes, then iterated further, before being evolved into hi-fidelity UI designs with micro interactions in order to fulfil the finished user experience. The resulting services were passed to developers following extensive functional specification documentation and analysis.
The initial designs including upgrading DGDA’s design system and designing 3D panorama interiors for the app experience.
