Maryan Mi Realtor:Your partner when looking for your dream home
Maryan is an freelance realtor that needed a responsive landing page that was created with the purpose of positioning her as the perfect realtor for her clients to buy or rent their homes with.

Bringing the idea to life
Thanks to the constant clear communication with the client, the requirements of the projects were outlined and served as a guidance for creating the design solution.
Creating the design solution
wireframes
After meeting with the client to understand the requirements of the project, I started with the wireframes, various ideas were explored very quickly to choose the ones worth including in the landing page.
design system
To keep consistency throughout all landing page sections, a design system was developed, including all branding elements, color palette, typography, iconography, and components.
FINAL DESIGNS
Once the wireframes were done, it was time to apply the design system to the wireframes to see how the landing page would look like in reality, and what users would see and interact with.

lessons
Importance of clear constant communication with stakeholders
This was the key to having a smooth and successful project, even when given tough time and resources constraints, for the design solution to respond to every requirement in a clear way
No-code platforms to deploy designs
When working on a project for an entrepreneur, it is key to use a no-code to develop it based on the designs, in this case, after reviewing different no-code tools like Hostinger, WordPress, Webflow, and Framer, Framer was the one chosen for this project
ideas for further development
If given more time for this project, here are some ideas I’d implement to iterate the designs and to create a space in the website for other complementary scenarios to help Maryan Mi Realtor find more customers:
Add a section for reviews of past customers to create trust and reliability in her work as a realtor
Add a section for showing the listing she has for customers to already view the properties they’re interested in
