FirstStarHR is a local professional employer organization (PEO) with over 30 years of business. They found themselves in a position where they needed a brand refresh and a consistent social media presence. I started by optimizing their social media profiles by re-designing their headers, editing their bios with a more attention-grabbing hook, and establishing a visual identity that would be maintained through their social media. After a couple weeks of posting, their online community became alive again and we were seeing over double their engagement rates! As a result of sharing trending content, follower interaction, and analytic tracking, we've seen a major increase in traffic on their website.

After gaining traction on our social media, I was tasked to redesign their website and incorporate targeted SEO strategies. What used to be a clunky and inconsistent user experience is now a modernized and responsive platform for customers to log into their user portals, learn about our services, and get in contact with the team.
