A self-initiated UI/UX redesign concept for 1286 CRAFT, focused on transforming a cluttered mobile experience into a clear, intuitive, and visually cohesive product.

I reworked the user flow, information hierarchy, navigation, spacing, and interaction patterns, then developed wireframes, a consistent design system, and polished final UI screens. The project also explores micro-interactions and motion to create clearer feedback and a more engaging user experience.
