Chunky Panda is a Berlin studio building the production workflows for AI-native filmmaking, blending real cinematic craft with generative AI pipelines. They needed a website as forward-thinking as the work itself: a heavyweight typographic identity, a memorable panda mascot, and motion that felt alive. Working in collaboration with bilal.agency, I designed and built the full site in Framer, fully responsive, on a tight one-week timeline.

I led with a bold, high-contrast identity: a towering PANDA wordmark, a friendly mascot, and a violet accent working against a warm cream ground and deep black panels. Rather than force the exact animation from the reference, I built a smoother, variant-driven blink using Framer component variants, a cue that reads cleaner and performs reliably everywhere. Everything was built on a reusable component system with a clear type scale and disciplined spacing, so the content-dense page stays cohesive and easy to extend.

Core values, partners, and studio facts each got their own module so the story stays legible from the fold all the way down. The map section needed careful handling: an interactive SVG that behaves across every breakpoint and stacks vertically on mobile so the headline never compresses. Motion was used with restraint, subtle scroll reveals and hover states that add craft without slowing the experience. The client later produced their own mascot video, which slots straight into the layout as a cinematic centerpiece.

The full site was designed, built, and delivered in around ten days, fully responsive across all devices, with a custom hero animation and Framer SEO setup included. Chunky Panda launched with a distinctive, confident brand presence that matches the ambition of their work. Live at chunkypanda.de.
