ABC Easy app is designed to empower refugees in Greece by overcoming a significant challenge: learning English without the ability to read or write. By leveraging a mix of visual and audio-based methods, the app provides an accessible and intuitive way for users to communicate in their new environment. The goal is not only to teach the language but to foster confidence and independence, helping refugees integrate into their communities.

As the UX designer, I focus on crafting user-centered solutions for the unique audience's pain points. I lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and refine these into intuitive, functional UI designs. By using data from user testing, I ensure the app remains engaging and accessible, adapting the experience to fit the needs of individuals who have limited literacy skills. My work is rooted in empathy, combining creativity and problem-solving to deliver impactful results.
