I partnered with a forward-thinking UX-focused brand to redesign their website into a truly innovative experience. Their vision was clear: to create a unique flow that strayed far from conventional web structures. The site functions like a journey, with a "map-like" layout where steps are represented by dots that guide the user as they scroll. While they didn’t need to worry about attracting new clients (their reputation precedes them), the focus was on delivering an aesthetically stunning, minimalistic interface complemented by dynamic motion design for their illustrations.

My primary focus was on crafting a visually cohesive structure and flow that wasn’t just beautiful but also logical and user-friendly. The interplay of minimalism and motion design brought the experience to life, balancing artistic innovation with practical usability.

My background in collaborating with developers—and my basic knowledge of HTML and CSS—proved invaluable during this project. By involving developers early in the process and maintaining open communication throughout, I ensured the design was not only aligned with the client’s vision but also feasible to implement. This collaborative approach minimised revisions and ensured that everyone was on the same page, resulting in a smoother transition to development.

This project was a thrilling challenge, blending creativity and technical understanding. Seeing the final result—a website that’s simple yet unconventional, visually stunning, and seamlessly functional—was incredibly rewarding. It’s a piece of work that demonstrates how innovative design can push boundaries while remaining practical and grounded.
