Software Assessment & Rollout

I worked with an organization transitioning to a new video management system (VMS) with a migration of over 15,000 video assets.

With the previous VMS reaching end of life, the new VMS required evaluation, beta testing, and rollout for adoption in a very specific window.

I was heavily involved in testing the beta environment and fine-tuning the configuration to align with the organization's unique requirements. This included collaboration with stakeholders across different departments to gather feedback and insights that informed the configuration process.

I lead in developing comprehensive communication and documentation materials to facilitate information sharing and training for staff. This involved crafting user-friendly beginner guides, and tutorials, and leading live training to help drive adoption and ensure a seamless transition to the new system.
