UARA Health OS - My Web Design & Image Curation

Project Overview

I've been working on the UARA Health OS web design since September 2025 as an ongoing project for a SaaS healthcare client. This has been one of my most comprehensive design undertakings, combining graphic design, UI/UX, and web design using Figma and Figma Make. My primary role was curating the images and designing the website sections to create a cohesive, compelling health technology experience.

The Design Challenge

UARA is positioned as an AI-powered health operating system that transforms wearables, labs, and lifestyle data into a continuous health model. I needed to visually communicate something incredibly complex—the idea of understanding your health over time—in a way that feels approachable, trustworthy, and premium.

Visual Strategy & Image Curation

Photography Selection: I curated a collection of images that balance human warmth with technological sophistication. I focused on lifestyle imagery that feels authentic and aspirational—people living actively, wellness moments, and health-conscious behaviors. Each image I selected needed to reinforce the core message: "Live younger for longer."
Color Palette: I worked with a clean, modern palette that feels medical-grade without being clinical. Soft whites, calming blues, and strategic use of vibrant accents create a sense of clarity and optimism. The colors I chose communicate trustworthiness while maintaining an innovative, forward-thinking aesthetic.
Layout & Sections: I structured the website sections to build a narrative journey. Starting with the hero—"Understand your health over time"—I designed each section to progressively reveal value. I created distinct areas for Features, Pricing, and Blog, ensuring smooth navigation and clear hierarchy throughout the experience.

Hero Section Design

I designed the hero to be immediately impactful with a bold headline supported by a compelling subheading that explains the AI-powered transformation. I positioned this against carefully selected background imagery that conveys both health and technology. The "Get Started" CTA I placed is prominent but not aggressive—inviting rather than pushy.

Section Architecture

Features Section: I curated this area to highlight three core value propositions I identified: "Built for healthspan," "Designed for clarity," and "AI health trends." Each needed its own visual treatment and messaging that I carefully balanced.
Social Proof: I designed the waitlist section to leverage scarcity and social validation—"300+ others on the waitlist" creates urgency while the clean, minimal design maintains sophistication.
Video Integration: I incorporated video elements (as seen in my portfolio) to demonstrate the platform in action. Motion adds life to what could otherwise feel like static health data visualization.

Design Philosophy

My approach to UARA was rooted in making complex health technology feel human and accessible. I wanted every image I curated and every section I designed to reduce the intimidation factor of health tracking while maintaining the credibility and precision the platform requires.
I focused on whitespace and breathing room—health should feel calm, not cluttered. The imagery I selected shows real moments, not stock photo perfection, because health journeys are personal and ongoing.

Typography & Readability

I ensured the typography hierarchy makes even complex health information scannable and digestible. Large, clear headings draw you through the page, while body copy remains comfortable to read without overwhelming the user.

Ongoing Evolution

Since this is an ongoing project, I'm continuously refining the image selections and section designs based on user feedback and evolving brand needs. The healthcare space demands both innovation and trust, and I'm committed to finding that balance in every design decision I make.
This project showcases my ability to curate visual narratives that translate technical healthcare solutions into compelling, user-centered experiences. Every image, every section, every design choice serves the ultimate goal: helping people understand and optimize their health journey.
