Brief Summary

One of the highlights of my agency work was leading full-funnel Google Ads campaigns for a prominent skincare brand. I collaborated closely with the client's team to bolster their market presence. We delved into data from Google Ads and Google Analytics to pinpoint effective strategies and target audiences. Through systematic A/B testing, we fine-tuned our campaign bidding strategies and targeting approach, resulting in a substantial increase in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and a noteworthy reduction in Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) within just three months.

Obstacles and strategy

We encountered challenges in approaching diverse markets and tailoring strategies for users with similar interests but across different geographic locations. To address this, we explored various keyword targeting options, creative approaches, and bidding strategies, resulting in a diversified marketing mix to effectively cover different markets. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics were essential to ensure that our optimization efforts did not cannibalize the contributions of other channels.
