I wanted to empower dedicated aides with the essential tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles with a comprehensive training manual. I designed this manual as a vital resource for training paraprofessionals in best practices for a middle school using the inclusion model to serve students.

Reference Materials: I provided clear and concise materials covering essential topics such as working with students with diverse needs, collecting data, and understanding IDEA and ADA laws.

Data Trackers: I included customizable data trackers to effectively monitor student progress, behavior trends, and individualized goals.

Best Practices: I showed aides how to implement proven best practices distilled from my years of experience in the field to ensure consistent and effective support for students with diverse needs.
