This account was dedicated to showcasing our Public Relations (PR) expertise and increasing brand visibility. My objective was to demonstrate the inner workings of our agency and to spotlight the exceptional work and dynamic team behind it all.

I spearheaded the creation of captivating Instagram reels and engaging content that highlighted our agency’s day-to-day activities and achievements. My responsibilities included:
Brainstorming Ideas: Developing creative concepts to showcase our PR expertise and team dynamics.
Content Creation: Designing eye-catching visuals and producing engaging Instagram reels to capture our agency’s essence.
Social Media Management: Overseeing the account’s daily activities, including posts and interactions, to foster a vibrant online presence.
Monthly Calendar: Crafting a well-structured content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
Strategy Process
Initially, I focused on content aimed at educating influencers with a series titled "How to Earn from Instagram as an Influencer." While this series provided valuable insights, engagement levels eventually tapered off.
Recognizing the need for a shift, I optimized our content strategy by pivoting towards behind-the-scenes reels. These reels offered a captivating glimpse into our agency’s operations, team interactions, and successful projects.
This strategic change resulted in significantly improved engagement and a stronger connection with our audience. Leveraging Canva for stunning visuals and CapCut for Instagram reels, I ensured each piece of content was both visually appealing and on-brand.
Project Outcome
Before I took over the management of our agency’s Instagram account, the social media presence lacked strategic planning and content structure. There was no content pillar or planning in place, and the existing posts were neither engaging nor visually appealing. Additionally, there was no analysis to gauge content performance or audience engagement.
Once I assumed responsibility, I conducted a thorough social media audit and studied industry benchmarks to gain insights into effective content strategies. I implemented a structured content calendar and introduced well-defined content pillars. Initially, I launched a series focused on educating influencers, but when engagement rates fell, I swiftly adapted by shifting to behind-the-scenes reels. This pivot resulted in a notable increase in engagement, demonstrating my ability to optimize and enhance content effectiveness. The transformation not only improved our account’s visual appeal but also significantly boosted audience interaction and overall presence.
