Morphii Activewear, founded by a passionate yoga instructor, designs stylish and functional activewear for everyday wear. The brand radiates confidence, positivity, and contemporary vibes, empowering individuals to feel their best both on and off the mat.



Taking charge of Morphii's Instagram was an exhilarating experience! My responsibilities included:

Vetting and Filtering Influencers: Identifying and selecting the perfect influencers who embody Morphii’s brand values for photo shoots.

Creating Moodboards: Designing mood boards that capture the essence of Morphii, ensuring every shoot was on-brand and inspiring.

Conducting Photoshoots: Organizing and directing photo shoots, from planning to execution.

Photo Editing: Enhancing the photos to reflect Morphii’s vibrant and energetic spirit using Canva.

Social Media Management: Crafting and curating engaging content using Canva, maintaining a consistent posting schedule, and interacting with followers.

Monthly Reports: Analyzing performance metrics and reporting on social media growth and engagement.



Strategy Process

Starting with a social media audit, I developed a tailored strategy to elevate Morphii's Instagram presence. The journey included:



A. Influencer Vetting and Moodboard Creation:

Influencer Selection: Carefully selecting influencers who align with Morphii’s values of confidence, positivity, and contemporary style. This ensured an authentic representation of the brand.

Moodboards: Crafting detailed moodboards to guide the aesthetic and direction of our photoshoots, capturing the essence of Morphii.



B. Photoshoots and Content Creation:

Photoshoots: Planning and executing engaging and dynamic photo sessions. The goal was to capture the energy and confidence Morphii’s activewear inspires.

Content Creation: Develop a content calendar, including reels, carousels, and captivating captions. Each post was designed to showcase the brand’s personality and connect with our audience on a personal level.

C. Engagement and Growth:

Daily Interaction: Engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building a community around Morphii’s Instagram.



D. Analytics and Reporting:

Performance Analysis: Provide monthly reports detailing engagement metrics, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness. This data-driven approach allowed for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.

After working together for the first three months during the launch, the Morphii founder decided to manage the social media accounts internally. As a result, some planned strategies, like influencer collaborations for reviews and testimonials, monthly giveaways, and Instagram Live sessions, were not fully implemented. However, the foundation I built continues to guide Morphii's vibrant and engaging social media presence.
