Overview:
SayItWell is a custom GPT tool I created to support inclusive, accessible everyday communication. Designed for newsletters, volunteer invites, council updates and more, it offers gentle, jargon-free feedback across four key areas: inclusive language, gender neutrality, LGBTQIA+ visibility, and overall clarity.
What I Did:
Built and launched a fully functional GPT tool using OpenAI’s ChatGPT Builder
Integrated Australian inclusion standards and lived-experience language guides
Designed a simple scorecard for clear, actionable feedback
Wrote all onboarding content, help docs, and promotional messaging
Currently piloting with community organizations and inclusion consultants
Impact:
SayItWell bridges grassroots inclusion values with AI technology—giving everyday users a practical tool to communicate with empathy, precision, and respect.
