Overview:
As the Sydney Stingers' Communications Manager, I introduced structured documentation and planning tools to support the club’s year-round operations. My work helped align internal systems with evolving values—reducing friction, enabling smoother leadership transitions, and supporting inclusive growth.
What I Did:
Built and launched a 12-month Event Calendar with ownership and deadlines
Wrote internal process docs and refreshed legacy content for clarity and consistency
Updated comms and visuals to reflect diverse member experiences and evolving tone
Created tools for knowledge transfer between volunteers and exec team members
Supported inclusive language workflows and broader visibility strategy
Impact:
Helped transform behind-the-scenes coordination into something more sustainable, inclusive, and representative of the club's true spirit and goals.
