Overview: As Fair Day Project Lead, I managed all logistics, comms, and systems for the Sydney Stingers’ largest public event. From volunteer sign-ups to signage and social posts, I created a full suite of planning tools to ensure everything ran smoothly—and could be reused by future teams.

Designed the full event planning workflow and coordinated logistics across the club

Created volunteer sign-up forms, final rosters, and real-time communication systems

Wrote all newsletter content, social media posts, and internal review docs

Developed a reusable Fair Day Planning Guide for future project leads

Oversaw inclusive signage, visual assets, and stall setup
