WordPress Design & Development for Within Home

This project was built to serve as a helpful, research-driven platform for homeowners looking to make informed decisions. Clean, structured, and content-first — the goal was to balance trust with usability.

I designed a clear and inviting hero section with soft blue and orange tones to create a friendly and professional first impression. The circular graphic adds a modern touch and instantly communicates the platform’s three key promises — savings, better service, and smarter home decisions. The call-to-action is direct, leading users to get a free quote.

Right under the hero, we included media logos for credibility. These were strategically placed to boost trust without overwhelming the user.

This section uses a clean three-column layout with icons and short, punchy text to break down the value proposition. It’s all about guiding the user step by step, with no fluff.

A vertical timeline visually explains the platform’s unique process — from research to trade interviews and detailed write-ups. I kept this section light and easy to scan, while still delivering value and transparency.

Six primary content blocks are laid out in a grid. Each card links to detailed articles and cost guides — the UX here was designed to make navigation easy and intuitive, no matter the user’s age or device.

I integrated a clean blog section to share tips and industry insights. The posts are neatly carded with thumbnail images, publish dates, and preview text. It gives the site fresh content and a human voice.

Near the bottom, I added an email subscription section with reassuring text — “We won’t spam you.” The footer is packed with organized links for SEO and UX value. It helps with both discoverability and user retention.
