Freeride Academy Innsbruck is the first non-profit freeride association in Austria that aims to raise awareness among adults and children about the risks and dangers of off-piste skiing. Special attention is given to age-appropriate safety education in group coaching sessions.
Challenge
FAI's website had to be crated from scratch with the goal of allowing users to book FAI's services. Since only members of the club had to have access to these pages, there had to be a selectively protected section in the website where these bookings would be visible for the members.
By doing so, data from visitors was collected in a central place creating a clear record of all members.. This creates a valuable dataset with information on total revenue and payment status.
Result
After the discovery phase of the project, the wirefrimes led to the basis of content for the website. This gave the client access to start the custom copywright for the project.
While design concepts were approved, we quickly moved to the development phase of the project, where payment integrations and collected data points were processed. Resulting in a clear overview of user data and payment information.
The new designed website features a clean, uncluttered interface, making it easier for users to navigate to the offerings of the Freeride Academy Innsbruck (FAI) and providing the ability to seamlessly complete their bookings.
