For Visionaries Unplugged, an offline event by Visionaries Club (a venture capital fund investing in pre-seed and seed-stage startups), the goal was to build anticipation through a series of teaser visuals grounded in real founders and startups in the ecosystem.
What I built:
Developed a series of AI-driven teaser visuals based on real founders and projects from the Visionaries Club portfolio. Led the concept development, research, and visual direction, reinterpreting real ecosystem members through generative imagery to build narrative tension ahead of the event.
Outcome:
A cohesive teaser system that built curiosity and emotional anticipation around the Unplugged event, positioning it as a space for perspective shifts rather than a traditional industry gathering.
It’s designed to suggest a change in perspective rather than explain the event directly, while staying grounded in the Visionaries Club community
After researching Visionaries Club, its founders, and projects, I proposed a central 'transformational' concept for the teaser:
• Personal transformation — how Unplugged creates space for personal insight and shifts in perspective;
• Transformation as a bridge between the industrial world and the technology startup ecosystem;
• Global transformation driven by specific people — the founders and visionaries within the Visionaries Club.
Visually, the teasers treated the Visionaries “V” not as a static logo, but as a form under pressure — stretching, breaking apart, sometimes almost exploding — reflecting the idea of stepping outside polished narratives and performance.
