Last year, I was privileged to be an Executive Assistant to the CEO of 423 Advertising. I successfully managed various projects utilizing Monday.com as our project management tool. My responsibilities included implementing projects, onboarding staff members to the platform, creating tasks, assigning tasks to team members, and closely monitoring and tracking progress from inception to completion. This streamlined approach not only enhanced productivity for the entire team but also alleviated the CEO's workload by handling many of his daily tasks, enabling him to concentrate on core business activities. Our efficient project management process ensured each task was attended to promptly, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
