Approach
Research insights informed Moodr, a mobile experience that adapts support to each person’s mood, coping mechanisms and engagement style. The concept balances individual wellbeing with team awareness while keeping personal information within a safe and responsible digital environment.
Recognise personal feelings and activation states as the first step toward meaningful change.
Log and understand emotional states, then receive practical suggestions tailored to the working day.
Discover an engagement style based on individual behaviour and working preferences.
Share limited, intentional signals that help teams support one another without exposing sensitive personal data.
