Overview: Rave, now known as Flutterwave.com, serves as a pivotal digital payment solution for entrepreneurs, small businesses, banks, and fintechs across Africa.

My Role: Contracted to spearhead the comprehensive redesign of Rave, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives.

Collaborated with the Rave product team, including three designers, in an intensive five-month design and build sprint.

Pinpointed and addressed key product areas that previously failed to resonate with target user segments, ensuring qualitative satisfaction among current users.

Conducted usability tests on crucial revenue-generating user flows, optimizing them to meet business needs.

Successfully revamped the signup and onboarding processes, boosting the conversion rate from under 1% to over 11% post the design overhaul.

Enhanced the product's visual design language, branding, and landing page to better cater to target user segments.

Impact:Post the redesign's launch, Flutterwave witnessed exponential growth, soaring from a valuation of $40 million to surpassing $1 billion.
