Phase 1: Foundation Setting
Revamped the visual aesthetics and refined the content hierarchy.
Ensured that the conversion rate remained unaffected while laying the groundwork for subsequent phases.
Phase 2: Churn Reduction and Flow Optimization
Collaborated closely with the AppStore Team, which included a designer, copywriter, product owner, and our director.
Successfully redesigned the underlying logic, user flow, and content to minimize churn without affecting the conversion rate.
