Epi-Q's Instagram reflected the fun brand personality. The visuals and tone of voice were curated in such a way they synced with the customer service at the diner as well. The brand is light-hearted, personal, authentic and connects easily with the customer.
On Instagram, we started receiving an increased number of customer DM's. These not only included single orders but also requests for group gathering bookings, birthday / anniversary events at the diner.
We also proposed to organize an event at Epi-Q. This was a pop-up sale and many popular brands partnered with us. The event was a huge success: tripled our sales for the day, increased our Instagram followers, built our community of loyal customers.
Furthermore, there was in increase in customer & influencer walk-ins. An increase in UGC and social media tags.
