Project overview
Purpose of this project was to analyze different employees in Data Field and check if they are happy with the work/life balance or their salary. Also to see which programming language is mostly used by employees in Data Field.
Data Cleaning involved the following:-
1. Data loading and inspection
2. Handling missing values
3. Remove Duplicates
4. Formatting
Exploratory Data Analysis answered this questions
1. Average age of people who took the survey.
2. Average Salary by Job Title.
3. Which programming language is mostly used.
4.Are people happy which their salary.
My Findings were:-
1. Data Scientists are earning more money than any job.
2. More than Half of the employees are happy with work/life balance
3. Women are earning more money than Men
4. Python is the most used programming language
5. Most people who took the survey are from United States
