Road Accident Analysis Project

The project aims to analyze road accident data to identify patterns, trends, and factors contributing to accidents. This analysis is then visualized through an interactive dashboard using Power BI, providing stakeholders with actionable insights to improve road safety measures.

Findings:

1. Single Carriage road types are experiencing high number of accidents

2. The accidents for the two years has lead to death of over 418,000 people and 563,000 vehicles.

3. Many accidents occur during the Day.

4. The type of vehicle causing many accidents is Cars.

5. Many accidents have occured in the urban areas compared to rural areas.
