Legal Aid Trust is a law firm led by a team of highly experienced advocates with a history rooted in NGO work and social justice. When they approached us, their goal was to evolve — to modernize their presence and appeal to a wider audience without losing their legacy and integrity. I led the redesign of their entire website, rethinking their structure, visuals, and tone to reflect who they’ve become today: a professional, client-focused law firm ready for the digital age.

What started as a simple redesign later evolved into something much bigger — the foundation of a digital product that helps them manage all their internal operations seamlessly.

Redesigned their website completely to align with their modern identity while keeping their legacy intact, that balances trust and accessability.

law firms are completely new for me and so we Began by understanding the firm’s evolution — their values and motive, their audience, and the way their team works daily. Every design decision stemmed from empathy and clarity, not assumptions.

For the upcoming product, I’m designing workflows that feel intuitive and human, using clean layouts, meaningful hierarchies, and clear visual cues to guide non-digital users easily through tasks.

The redesigned website helped Legal Aid Trust attract new-age clients while retaining existing ones. Positive feedback from the internal team boosted confidence in taking their operations digital.

Currently in active development of a legal management platform tailored for law firms — a first of its kind in their network. the platform is discussed to contain Employee management, library and case file management, asset management, and a lot more.
