Signal started off as a simple internal admin dashboard for HashFame — but quickly grew into something far more powerful. As new products were added to our ecosystem, it became clear we needed consistency, efficiency, and a unified visual language that could scale.

That’s when I took the lead in creating Signal’s design system — a flexible, modular foundation that not only streamlined our workflow but now powers three different products across the company. From grids and data tables to form controls and typography, every component was carefully crafted to maintain consistency while staying adaptable for future use.

Built a scalable design system from scratch — tokens, components, documentation, and example screens.

Standardized UX patterns and ui components across multiple admin products.

Established design–dev guidelines for smoother collaboration and faster iterations.

Building a system that can scale across multiple internal tools built by different teams.

Built a flexible, forward-looking system with robust customization options for every component to support evolving use cases.

Conducted an audit of all existing products, identifying overlaps, inefficiencies, and component inconsistencies. This helped me understand what truly needed to be standardized versus customized.

Designed a layered component structure — base, functional, and visual levels — making the system future-proof and easily adaptable by different teams without breaking design integrity.

The design system now powers three major internal products, ensuring visual and behavioural consistency.

Reduced design and development time by almost half, allowing faster feature rollouts and usage.
