Players Health is a risk management and insurance platform supporting youth sports organizations across the U.S. In this project, I led the end-to-end product design to improve user experience, increase engagement, and support a $34M funding round.

As a product designer at Players Health, I led the redesign of a risk & insurance platform. Collaborating with a dedicated team of 5, we delivered desktop and mobile interfaces, increasing customer reach by 20% through agile, user-centered design
Empathise phase
I analyzed documentation and user data to understand users' needs and the product context, created personas and a journey map to prioritize insights and improve the experience
Define
After analyzing data through tons of brainstorming sessions with stakeholders, we identified the following challenges
To define functional requirements and prioritize features, I developed use cases for 6 primary user roles and created information architecture
Prototype and test phases
We focused on top-priority features and moved to wireframes development through iterations to align with user-centered design
I designed 500+ UI layouts, leveraging A/B testing to ensure a seamless experience. Through agile sprints, I contributed to a successful launch with a strong user-centric design focus
