Preparing full statement of qualifications, or responses to proposals for new and continuing work. Worked with a team to write proposal text, as well as managing proposal requirements such as examples of previous work, attachments, and staff planning.

Scoping and Budgeting

Preparing scope and budget planning materials after work has been won, including rates, markup, subcontractor information, and materials needed to complete the project.

Timeline Management

Creating project timelines using MS Project, Wrike Smartsheet, or internal programs to plan the project life, and continue to build out staffing requirements to meet milestones.

Resource Management

Having an understanding of staff skills, as well as current project needs to balance and shift staff based on workload and expertise.
