Overview

Nordic Care Health is an investor pitch deck case study designed to demonstrate my approach to fundraising storytelling, data-driven slide architecture, and premium presentation design for a healthcare SaaS product.
The deck follows a realistic fundraising flow, moving from systemic healthcare problems to product validation, market opportunity, traction modeling, and scalability. The structure is built to reflect how investors evaluate HealthTech companies: clarity of problem, strength of solution, market timing, defensibility, and execution logic.

The Challenge

Healthcare providers often operate across fragmented systems, with separate tools for records, scheduling, prescriptions, and reporting. This creates workflow friction, data silos, and weak patient engagement.
This slide frames the problem using:
representative healthcare statistics,
clinic-level operational pain points,
and benchmark-style comparisons.
The goal is to establish urgency and show why interoperability can become a strategic advantage rather than a technical feature.
