Product Design Overhaul for an Enterprise Solution

Challenge The challenge involved developing software for chip production, a task characterized by its highly complex and connected nature. The project was further complicated by the special requirements of a clean room environment, and the necessity for expert tools with highest information density.

Solution To tackle this multifaceted challenge, we introduced a strategy that combined rapid prototyping, design thinking, and requirement validation. We began by unifying the user flows to create a more seamless experience and conducted user tests to ensure that the revamped process was intuitive and efficient. The next step involved the unification of user interfaces, culminating in the creation of a design system that could be applied consistently across all areas of the project. So far, this approach has enabled the redesign of over dozen high-level applications, transforming a previously unwieldy system into a streamlined and cohesive tool that aligns with both current demands and future goals.
