UX Audit for a Social Benefits Platform for German Government

Challenge Improve user flows & usability of a platform that will be used by 80 million people in a very short timeframe of three months. Plan swift solutions for pressing features along a tight roadmap, and communicate across a multitude of stakeholders.

Solution 7-step UX audit & user testing of the existing platform, focusing on registration flows, social security forms, and multi-language support, all within the strict legal barriers of German bureaucracy. Once done, I had the pleasure of envisioning solutions for relevant features, ranging from low-cost/high-yield to high-cost/high-yield.
