Itaú Chile's investment product management team entrusted Finvox (me) with the task of prototyping and presenting a plan for the development of an app that enhances and updates the way their clients interact with the bank, using current information presentation elements.

Tasked with researching new functionalities and creating an interactive prototype to be presented to stakeholders within the department, leveraging the design language established in previous proposals for various bank areas.

A prototype was developed with new features to facilitate financial information interaction and consumption, including:

Onboarding that guides clients through their first investment.

A platform that adapts to each client's needs, presenting a personalized home tailored to their investment profile.

Interactive video presentations of mutual funds created by Itaú financial advisors.

Buy and sell stocks, including the most commonly used features.

A messaging platform and message notifications connecting clients, advisors, investment status, and alerts.

Short investment instrument stories created by Itaú advisors and auto-generated by the platform, personalizing each client's experience.

A learning environment with podcasts, courses, and investment advisory.

Personalized financial news.

This assignment also included the need to connect ideas previously generated for a desktop investment platform and adapt them for mobile devices, which greatly expedited the prototype creation thanks to components developed in earlier creative processes with Itaú. The creation of a small component library, no matter how small, helps streamline prototype development and the presentation of ideas to your team.
