BICE's corporate division was seeking new ways to reach its target audience that would differentiate its platform from those already existing in the financial market. As part of this process, Finvox provided advice and presented new attractive features for its clients.

Responsible for researching new features and creating an interactive functional prototype to be presented to stakeholders in the area.

An interactive prototype was created in Sketch that allowed common operations of a corporate account and new features.

Review of account movements and graphical information of income/expenses.

Make transfers.

Notifications section with the option to configure the type of information to receive (expenses, income, transfers, online credit usage, operational requests, internal messages, etc.).

Payroll management (Add listings, create new employees, pay through the corporate account or credit line, use the credit line if the balance does not cover the total).

Creation, management, and coordination of operational requests between different areas of the company.

Factoring possibility (uploading invoice assignment file, online process through the app).

Simulation and request for corporate loans.

Internal messaging with group management and access to business app.

The project was carried out in a limited timeframe, which prevented proper research of functionalities and flows, but still, the prototype met the requirements requested by the corresponding department head.
