Eco-oriented Brand and E-commerce Platform for Quagga

The goal was to create an eco-oriented brand and E-commerce platform for a Spanish furniture store preparing for its digital launch. The client needed a full rebranding and full E-Com UX/UI design to position itself as the go-to store for eco-conscious customers.

By combining deep brand research, elegant identity design, and modern UI, Quagga was crafted in 3 months as a brand where every detail would reflect the philosophy of conscious living.

The brand’s name and core concept draw inspiration from the Quagga, an extinct zebra species that scientists are working to bring back as a way to “correct a mistake that humankind made.” This became the guiding philosophy:

Brand Strategy - (Why, How, What - frame, competitor research, value prop. etc.)

Brand Identity Design - (logo, colors, fonts, icons, layouts, imagery + more)

UX/UI Design (in-detail wireframing & pixel perfect mockups)

Website Design (designing the full website & prototype in Figma)

With the saturation of E-commerce brands in the market, standing out required creating an experience that would stand out while connecting strongly to the hearts of eco-concious customer niche in Spain.

The created brand would have to be emotional and created E-Commerce elegantly designed, with amazing photography and clarity in ux flows matching the quality of its eco-furniture offering.

I led the full creative direction and execution:

Conducted competitor research to separate from mainstream furniture stores.

Developed the brand strategy and concept, aligning visuals with values.

Designed a unique brand identity and design system rooted in eco-minimalism.

Created UX/UI flows, Figma prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for the E-commerce platform.

Built a digital ecosystem optimized for clarity, conversion, and user delight.

Quagga launched as a cohesive, eco-driven brand with a modern and intuitive online store. The combination of thoughtful storytelling, identity, and user experience design ensured Quagga’s positioning as a trustworthy, sustainable alternative in the Spanish furniture market.
