I designed and developed the Habitares website — a luxury vacation rental property in Brisas Guitarrón, Acapulco. The goal was to create a premium digital experience that reflected the exclusivity of the property, while providing a conversion-driven structure for direct bookings.

The website functions as both a showcase of the property’s beauty and a business tool, enabling the landlord to build an alternative revenue stream outside of AirBnB and similar platforms.

1. Research & Discovery I analyzed luxury vacation rental sites and boutique hotel landing pages to identify the patterns that best balance visual appeal with booking efficiency.

Key insight: high-end clients respond best to storytelling imagery + streamlined booking with minimal friction.

2. UX & Structure I designed a clear UX/UI flow that guided users through property highlights → amenities → booking inquiries. The layout emphasized:

Hero sections with bold photography.

Easy navigation between property details, location, and availability.

Strategic call-to-actions positioned to maximize conversions.

3. Visual Design The design direction was inspired by luxury editorial aesthetics — spacious layouts, elegant typography, and clean color contrasts. The visual identity allowed the property to stand on its own as a luxury hospitality brand, independent of AirBnB.
