Notaría 149 Rebrand and Website Redesign

Anders Ilves

Notary Landingpage Design

Project Overview

I was contracted to modernize the digital presence of Notaría 149, a Mexican notary despacho whose branding and website had become outdated. In a field where most competitors lacked strong branding, the project was an opportunity to create a professional and trustworthy identity that stood out. The scope included a full rebrand and complete website redesign, built with Webflow. The process began with wireframes to simplify information flow and reduce the time required for clients to access essential legal details. I also developed clear contact pathways and integrated Spanish-language copywriting tailored to the legal context. The result was a responsive, modern website that communicates credibility while meeting all legal requirements.

Client’s Goal

The client needed to update both brand and website to project authority while also improving usability. The key goals were to answer simple client questions directly on the site, reduce confusion, and guide users quickly toward the right contact channels. Beyond design, the website had to support lead conversion by being approachable while maintaining the formality and seriousness expected of a legal institution.

Challenges

The main challenge was creating a modern rebrand within the constraints of a legal context—ensuring that the new identity respected the seriousness of the industry while elevating its visual credibility. Another challenge was writing all content in Spanish with precise legal terminology, balancing clarity with compliance. Finally, the site had to be structured so clients could easily find complex legal information without feeling overwhelmed, while still supporting an elegant and user-friendly experience.

Process

Discovery: Defined brand positioning and gathered requirements for legal compliance.
Wireframing: Structured pages to streamline access to information and contact channels.
Brand Redesign: Created a modern, trustworthy identity suited to the legal industry.
Spanish Copywriting: Wrote clear, legally accurate content to inform and guide clients.
Webflow Development: Built a responsive site with professional layouts and intuitive navigation.
Testing & Refinement: Ensured readability, compliance, and ease of use across devices.

Project Outcome

The rebrand and website redesign positioned Notaría 149 as a modern, professional, and approachable legal despacho. The site now serves as both a credible information hub and a client conversion tool—answering key questions upfront, guiding users to the right contact channels, and projecting the authority expected in the legal field. By combining branding, UX strategy, and legal context copywriting, the project successfully transformed an outdated digital presence into a valuable business asset.
