Back in 2020, What's Poppin' Popcorn Factory was looking to build their community on social media, and create brand awareness after opening their first storefront location. After an initial campaign I created entitled "March Poppin' Madness" which allowed users to vote daily on stories to determine the company's top flavour, the company grew from 600-1000 engaged followers within the first month of management. On Facebook, the company had grown from 3.5K followers to 6K in the past 2 years by posting consistent content and optimizing their Facebook page to include hours of operation, contact information, and an address. I also did some rebranding, including creating Instagram story highlights to introduce new followers to their business, and optimizing their bio.
