Objective:

When Kaizen Studios reached out to me for a project with Red Bull Organics, I was thrilled. The task was to edit an internal video that would introduce Red Bull's new organic product line to their team. This was more than just a video—it was about capturing the essence of what makes these products special while keeping that unmistakable Red Bull energy.

Challenges:

Remote Collaboration: With our team spread across different locations, effective communication and collaboration were crucial.
Upholding Brand Identity: We needed to ensure that the video didn’t just inform but also inspired, maintaining the high-energy vibe Red Bull is known for.

Workflow Approach:

Adobe Team Projects: To tackle the remote nature of our work, we relied on Adobe Team Projects within Creative Cloud. This tool was a game-changer—it allowed us to collaborate in real-time, regardless of where we were. I remember the first time I saw changes being made live by the assistant editor while I was working on another part of the edit. It was like we were all in the same room, even though we were miles apart.
Creative Cloud Integration: We used Creative Cloud Libraries to keep all our assets—footage, graphics, brand elements—organized and accessible to everyone on the team. This made the process smooth and efficient, ensuring that we were all working with the latest files.
Collaborative Feedback: One of the most rewarding parts of this project was how easy it was to integrate feedback. With Adobe Premiere Pro connected to Creative Cloud, I could make revisions in real-time, often while on a call with Kaizen Studios. This meant we could iterate quickly, ensuring the final product was exactly what Red Bull Organics needed.

Results:

In the end, we produced a video that was very positive and engaging. It effectively communicated the story behind the new organic line, resonating with the Red Bull team. The seamless workflow we achieved through Adobe’s tools made this possible, allowing us to deliver a polished, high-quality video on time. It was a project that reminded me how powerful collaboration can be, even when working remotely.
