From Nothing to Undeniable: Brand and website for a Europe-based growth marketing agency

12x more website traffic after launch

Who they are?

Skalory is a Europe-based growth agency helping health and wellness brands scale using data, automation and AI-driven marketing. They specialise in performance growth for companies at the intersection of technology and longevity.

What they needed?

Great projects, and nothing to point at. No website, no visual identity, clients kept asking for a site that didn't exist. In a niche this competitive, that gap costs trust. Skalory needed a brand and website that matched the level of the work they were already doing, and looked credible to the high-value clients they wanted next.

How I helped?

Full brand direction and visual identity, site designed in Figma, built in Webflow. Julian brought a rough vision; we refined it together through drafts: copy, visuals, structure. The key decisions, piece by piece, below.

Visual identity

Typography

The identity had to feel grounded and forward-thinking at once. Space Grotesk does both: it keeps the idiosyncratic details of its monospace roots, and its high x-height stays crisp and readable on screen. Futuristic without tipping into gimmick.

Colour palette

Pared back on purpose: black, white and grey, with a deep orange accent. The neutrals ground the design and let the imagery and video do most of the talking. Sections switch between black and white backgrounds to reset attention as you scroll, and the orange does one job — pointing you at the next action.

Website design

The landing page runs through five sections, each with one job: building Skalory's credibility with their audience. No section repeats the last — background flips, subtle animation and interactions keep the page moving, so attention holds from top to bottom.

Hero

Julian already had a set of AI-generated images and videos visualising his niche, and they became the hero of the site — I designed and built around them from day one. For an agency selling AI-driven growth, opening on AI-made visuals is the message: they don't just talk about the technology, they work in it.

Sticky side nav

Scroll past the hero and a side nav appears. A glowing orange indicator shows which section you're in, every section is one jump away, and it removes the need for an always-on top bar — so the part of the screen carrying the content stays clear. Orientation without clutter.

Services

A services section shouldn't read like a price list. Here, cards scroll through the left of the screen while everything else holds sticky: subheads step through the process as the cards change — Attract, Engage, Convert, Retain — and an iPhone mockup swaps its imagery in sync with the scroll. Each card holds real weight too: the service itself, client testimonials, and a CTA to book. By the time you've scrolled the list, you've seen the process, the proof and the next step.

Final result

From a blank slate to a presence that matches the level of the work. The new site positions Skalory as experts in the longevity and performance space — and it's performing: 12x more website traffic since launch, more enquiries, and a site the team actually shares.

In the client's words:

We were doing great projects, but the constant 'what was your website again?' made it clear our online presence wasn't matching our level. It lacked trust, professionalism and an overall brand feel. Jake took a very rough vision and turned it into a clear, cohesive brand and website — guiding us through drafts, refining copy, visuals and structure. Now the site is being shared, feels truly professional, and we're seeing 12x more traffic and more enquiries."
