Aroma 30 is a made-to-measure brand focused on timeless items manufactured in Rome. As the designer and founder, I oversee every stage, from initial concept to the final product and its communication. This hands-on approach ensures a cohesive and considered outcome.
My approach:
This project involved the design and development of an 8-piece capsule collection, drawing inspiration from the refined aesthetic of 90's Minimalism.
Each garment was designed with a focus on timeless fit, sustainable fabrics, a neutral color palette.
The project is a co-lab with content creator The Beauty Call.
Key Stages of the Project:
Research of 90's Minimalism: Extensive research into the details and fit of garments from the 90's minimalistic era formed the foundation of the design direction.
Cohesive Collection Design: The design process focused on creating a balanced collection of 8 items specifically intended to be mixed and matched, forming a complete capsule wardrobe.
Sustainable Fabric Research and Sourcing: A significant part of the process involved researching and selecting sustainable fabric suppliers, leading to the choice of Tencel and Recycled Mesh.
Sample Process for Optimal Fit: Dedicated time was spent in the sample stage to refine and achieve the perfect fit, ensuring a sleek and considered look for each garment.
Project Scope: My responsibilities encompassed Garments Design, Research and Mood Board creation, Fabrics Selection, Fitting Trials, Art Direction, and Brand Identity development.
