I successfully managed the $1M budget and reconciled expenses while executing Mary Kay's PR and Marketing strategy as the official beauty sponsor of the 2015 ACM Awards. I oversaw the influencer programming and partnerships, where nine fashion and beauty influencers were treated to a VIP weekend in Dallas, filled with product education, make-up tutorials, and glam sessions with celeb make-up artist Luis Casco. I spearheaded the 'Love is Respect' Campaign activation, ensuring its success with a creative partnership with Edie Parker, and coordinated VIP, Cassie McConnell Kelley, to walk the red carpet donning a clutch with the #DontLookAway.
