Twigs Paper is an eco-conscious stationery brand dedicated to providing sustainable paper products that combine style with environmental responsibility. The objective of this project was to build an e-commerce platform on Shopify that reflects the brand’s commitment to sustainability while offering a seamless shopping experience for customers.

• Shopify Store Setup & Development: Managed the full development of the Twigs Paper e-commerce store on Shopify, ensuring the platform was customized to fit the brand’s eco-friendly identity. This included theme customization and the implementation of Shopify’s e-commerce tools.

• Product Catalog Management: Created and structured the product catalog to display Twigs Paper’s eco-friendly stationery products in an organized, user-friendly manner. This involved setting up product pages with detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and environmental certifications.

• Custom Integrations: Integrated various Shopify apps to enhance the store’s functionality, such as apps for managing inventory, processing payments, and optimizing shipping workflows, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

• User Experience (UX) Design: Focused on creating a clean and intuitive shopping experience, designing layouts that emphasize ease of navigation and minimalism while aligning with the brand’s aesthetic of simplicity and sustainability.

• Mobile Optimization: Ensured that the website was fully responsive, delivering an exceptional user experience across all devices, especially mobile, where a significant portion of customers interact with the store.

• SEO & Performance Optimization: Applied Shopify SEO best practices, including optimizing product pages, meta tags, and alt texts, as well as improving page load times to ensure a smooth user experience and higher search engine rankings.

• Sustainability Messaging: Integrated the brand’s sustainability messaging throughout the site, with dedicated sections that highlight the eco-friendly practices behind Twigs Paper products, allowing customers to connect with the brand’s values.

A key challenge was balancing the storytelling of Twigs Paper’s eco-friendly mission with the need for a streamlined e-commerce experience. I ensured that the website communicated the sustainability ethos while making the shopping process simple and engaging for users.
