Regional services, notices, and digital access for citizens and businesses
Client: Regione Autonoma della Sardegna
Platform: Web (institutional portal)
Scope: Team management and development collaboration on behalf of third party companies; content architecture, service integration, evolutionary maintenance
Problem. A regional portal with heavy daily use must stay reliable, updatable, and navigable for citizens, journalists, public bodies, and businesses. Outages or hard to find services affect thousands of users.
Solution. Collaboration focused on content architecture, integrating digital services, and ongoing maintenance so communications and services can publish quickly. Delivery was managed with third party companies on a high traffic architecture (Next.js noted on Ben’s case study). Honesty on role: coordination and development contribution via partners, not a solo rebuild claim.
Result. https://www.regione.sardegna.it/ remains the main public channel for regional information and services. Live navigation exposes BURAS, tenders, Sardegna Cat, newsletters, council resolutions, competitions, Sportello Unico dei Servizi, PagoPA, URP contacts, and Smart URP entry points.
